The 2026 Reconnect & Restore Women’s Wellness Retreat is an invitation to pause, reset, and return to a deeper sense of calm within.

Across three days, you’ll be held in a grounded, supportive environment designed to help you slow down and reconnect. No matter where you are on your journey in life, this weekend is designed to nurture, support, and restore your inner calm.

Where: Boyne Valley Community Discovery Centre
When: Friday, 21st Aug – Sunday, 23rd Aug
Arrival: Check-in from 4:00pm Friday (6pm start)
Departure: Check-out after 12:30pm Sunday (12:30pm finish)
Cost: $795 per person

This all-inclusive retreat offers dormitory-style accommodation, nourishing meals, and immersive activities designed to help you unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself and like-minded women. The retreat will begin at 6pm on Friday and ends 12:30pm Sunday.

What's Included?

✓ Two nights of accommodation in a serene bush setting in the Boyne Valley. Stay in the shared accomodation provided or you can bring your own set-up to camp on site.

✓ Delicious and nourishing meals provided throughout the retreat including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

    You can choose to stay in shared accommodation at Boyne Valley Discovery Centre, surrounded by peaceful natural space, with bedding provided so you can settle in easily and feel comfortable throughout your stay. Alternatively, you’re welcome to bring your own camping setup and stay on-site, allowing you to fully connect with the natural surroundings in a way that feels right for you.

  • Nourishing Meals

    You’ll be provided with wholesome, nourishing meals across the weekend to support your energy and wellbeing, including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner, along with a continuous spread of herbal teas, coffee and natural remedies available around the clock. Fresh, balanced food is prepared with care, giving you space to relax and simply be looked after.

  • Experiences & Activities

    The retreat includes a gentle mix of grounding practices, restorative sessions, and reflective space. This year will also feature a nature immersion activity held in the nearby national forest, offering a deeper opportunity to slow down, connect with the natural environment, and reset in a supported and mindful way. Everything is optional and designed to help you move at your own pace throughout the weekend.

Nestled in the peaceful Boyne Valley, the Boyne Valley Community Discovery Centre in Ubobo, Queensland provides a tranquil escape, just a short drive from Gladstone.

Surrounded by untouched natural beauty, this secluded location allows for deep rest and relaxation in the perfect setting for our women's retreat.

What You'll Experience

This retreat flows gently across the weekend, supporting rest without rush and connection without pressure. You can expect:

  • Crystal

    As a passionate leader in the community service field, Crystal is dedicated to creating safe and nurturing spaces where women can reconnect with themselves and cultivate balance in their lives. 

    With a background in facilitating women’s and grief circles, wellness days, and providing personalised support to parents, Crystal's work inspires women to embrace their authentic selves. As a busy mum and business leader Crystal understands the importance of focusing on holistic wellness, living with purposeful intent & empowering experiences to find or maintain inner balance. 

    In her down time, you will find Crystal enjoying time with her children in the garden, out in nature or creating home made herbal remedies.

     

  • Tracey

    Tracey is a grief and trauma-informed energy and mindset coach and presenter. She has worked and collaborated with numerous not-for-profits, public sector organisations, community and women’s groups, specialising in well-being activities for people, places and the planet. 

    As an artist and Reiki Master, Tracey brings a unique blend of creativity, holistic healing, and passion to her work. She empowers individuals and groups on a journey of growth, guiding them to connect with their intuition, explore self-discovery and develops personalized tools and strategies to create a clear path forward.

    Tracey latest endeavour is growing her own food forest to support her passion for sustainability.

  • Karen

    Karen is a breathwork facilitator with a deep passion for helping individuals reconnect with their inner selves and find balance in their lives.
    With personal experience of loss, grief and trauma she offers guided breathing techniques to help release stress, enhance emotional wellbeing and promote peace and vitality.
    Karen creates a calming and nurturing space for clients to explore their breath, cultivate mindfulness and unlock their potential. Whether you're seeking relaxation, emotional release, or personal growth, breathwork can help you tap into a deeper state of awareness and clarity.
    She loves spending time hiking and being immersed in nature, surrounded by trees, plants and wildlife having spent her younger years on a cattle property.
    Lets work together to find connection through the power of breath.

  • Michelle

    Michelle is a counsellor, professional supervisor and a trauma informed coach who is passionate about supporting women in regaining their power and self-worth, prioritise their wellbeing and create lasting positive change. With a strong background in mental health, personal development and suicide postvention, Michelle enjoys supporting women to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience and self-awareness. Combining professional expertise with lived experience along with practical, solution-focused strategies she empowers women to create realistic habits that support self-inclusion. Michelle is passionate about teaching women how to set healthy boundaries, prioritise their wellbeing without guilt, prevent burnout amidst the demands of everyday life and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience and self-awareness.

     

    She values a creative, warm and supportive space where women feel empowered to reconnect with themselves and thrive.

     

    In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors and embracing the simple practices that restore balance and wellbeing.

What's included in the retreat?

You’ll also be guided through a gentle program of grounding practices, restorative sessions, reflective space, and a special nature immersion experience in the nearby national forest, all designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and rest at your own pace.

Will I receive more details after booking?

Yes, absolutely. You’ll receive all the beautiful details, including the full schedule released in July, what to bring, and optional add-ons to enhance your experience.

I didn’t attend last year, is this still for me?

100%. Whether this is your first time or you’re returning, you are so welcome. This retreat is designed to feel safe, inclusive, and supportive for everyone, no matter where you’re at on your journey.

What happens if my plans change?

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to support you.

If you need to cancel, a partial refund is available for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the retreat (a $100 non-refundable booking fee will be retained). Cancellations within 7 days of the retreat are non-refundable.

What are the sleeping arrangements?

Accommodation is dorm-style, creating a relaxed and communal atmosphere for the weekend. If you prefer a little more personal space or a different setup, you’re very welcome to bring your own sleeping arrangement (such as a tent) and camp onsite with us.

Our intention is to offer flexibility so you can choose what feels most comfortable and supportive for you.

Can I choose which activities I participate in?

Yes. You get to choose to opt in or out of activities depending on what feels right for you, this is your time to move at your own pace. We'll also be releasing additional add-ons that you can purchase to enhance your experience.
