What kinds of products do you sell?

Our store offers thoughtfully selected products designed to promote connection, creativity, and wellbeing. You’ll find sensory play items, eco-friendly toys, resources for families, and beautiful gifts that support learning and development.

Are your products safe for children?

We carefully choose brands and suppliers who meet or exceed Australian safety standards. Many of our products are made from non-toxic, sustainable materials, making them safe for little hands and kind to the planet. Please ensure you read the product labels and follow as directed.

Do your products come with instructions or guides?

Yes, where relevant, we include instructions or simple ideas to help you make the most of your purchase (for example, sensory play ideas or care instructions).

Do you offer bundles or gift sets?

We do! Some of our products are available in themed sets or bundles, making them perfect for gifts, classrooms, or playgroups. Keep an eye out for limited-edition bundles and seasonal releases.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

We can offer bulk ordering for community groups, schools, and early learning centres on select items. Please contact us directly to discuss options via email to orders@strongcommunities.org.au

Will you restock sold-out items?

In most cases, yes. Because we partner with small Australian businesses and social enterprises, restocks can vary depending on availability. If there’s something you’ve missed, click “Notify Me” on the product page to get an alert when it’s back in stock or reach out to our friendly team for an ETA.

Can I suggest a product for your store?

Absolutely! We love hearing from our community. If there’s a product you think fits our mission and values, send us a message through our Contact page ✉️ we’re always open to ideas.

Dispatch, Shipping & Returns

How often do you ship orders?

We have a small but dedicated team. We pack and ship orders once a week from Central Queensland. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer $15 flat rate standard shipping and $25 express shipping Australia-wide. All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! You can choose local pickup at checkout. Orders can be collected from either the Calliope Community Hub or the Philip Street Families & Community Precinct in Gladstone.

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a notification with collection details.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes - we currently ship to New Zealand and beyond! International shipping rates vary based on destination and weight, and will be calculated at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Due to the nature of our products, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but we’ll always do our best to make things right.
