Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship within Australia only (excluding external territories unless stated otherwise).
2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and shipped once per week (on a designated day).

Because of this batch-shipping schedule, the actual dispatch date may vary (e.g. a few days after the order is placed).

Once shipped, delivery times follow Australia Post’s standard schedule (see Section 4).
3. Shipping Methods & Tracking
We use Australia Post for all deliveries and will provide a tracking number for every order once shipped.
We offer two service levels:

Standard

Express
4. Delivery Times (Once Dispatched)
Delivery times are estimates based on Australia Post guidelines:

Express: typically 1-3 business days. More Info Here.

Standard: typically 2-6 business days, possibly up to 7 days depending on destination. More Info Here.
Please note: because orders are only dispatched weekly, the total time from order → delivery may be longer.
5. Shipping Costs
All parcels are shipped with Australia Post and include a tracking number.
We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping — $15.00 flat rate

Express Shipping — $25.00 flat rate
6. Local Pickup Option
Customers may choose to pick up their orders in person at the Calliope Community Hub on specified days. No local delivery service is offered at this stage.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, you should contact Australia Post (or the courier) directly, using the tracking number we provide.
We’ll assist where possible, but liability for in-transit loss or damage lies with the carrier (in line with Australia Post’s policies).
